发明名称 HEAT TREATING DEVICE FOR INSIDE SURFACE OF PIPE
摘要 PURPOSE:To allow the local heat treatment in the narrow space on the inside surface of a pipe to be treated by imaging a laser beam introduced by an optical fiber to the inside surface of the pipe by a condenser lens and a reflecting mirror and injecting a shielding gas to an imaging point. CONSTITUTION:The laser beam 9 introduced by the optical fiber 10 is introduced to a head part 1 and is focused by a lens unit 4 consisting of the condenser lens 2 and a protective lens 3. The direction of this beam is changed by the reflecting mirror 6. The reflected light 6 is led out of a hole 7 and is image on the inside surface of the pipe to be treated. Further, a shielding gas supplied from a gas passage 11 around the optical fiber 10 is introduced upward through a slit 8 and is ejected from the above-mentioned hole 7 to the imaging point of the reflected light 6. The above-mentioned head part 1 is rotated and vertically moved while the position thereof is detected. The inside surface of the narrow space is locally heat treated in this way and the constitution of the compact heat treating device is possible.
