The invention concerns an optical controller device of parabolic reflectors designed for various types of reflectors. In accordance with this invention, the devices are equipped with a 3-degree-of-freedom assembly on which a revolving turntable is mounted, and a beam that supports a light source and an optical sensor. On the plate above the unit, a test card is mounted, while on one of the slides of the 3-degree-of-freedom assembly a collimator is mounted using a column. The revolving turntable is equipped with a turntable supported on balls and equipped with a circular scale and adjusters. The reflector to be checked is fastened with screw dies secured with a taper-head screw.
