PURPOSE:To smoothly remove a binder from a contact face without damaging characteristic functions such as improvement in smoothness of material to be burnt and prevention of fusing, by dispersing ceramic powder together with carbon powder into an organic binder and making the dispersion into a sheet having a great number of communicating pores in the thickness direction. CONSTITUTION:30-85wt.% ceramic powder, 0.5-30wt.% carbon component and 0.5-15wt.% thermosetting resin are dispersed into an organic binder (the residue) and made into a burning sheet while forming a great number of communicating pores (>=35 seconds/100cc, usually 0.3-0.4 second/100cc air permeability). |
