PURPOSE:To simply obtain the title sheet useful as a surface material of paper diaper, etc., having excellent pacifying properties, comprising a laminate of a bored synthetic resin film and a nonwoven fabric, by forming specific island parts approximately at the center of bored parts and connecting the island parts to the peripheries of the bored parts with the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin film (e.g. polyethylene film) preferably blended with white pigment such as titanium oxide is laminated to a nonwoven fabric (e.g. polypropylene fiber or cotton) substantially not influenced by the melting point of the synthetic resin film, a heated projecting material is pressed against the surface of the synthetic resin film, the synthetic resin is melted, shrunk, island parts 7 are formed approximately at the center of bored parts 6 (gaps of constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric are packed with a synthetic resin), the island parts 7 are connected tot he peripheries of the bored parts 6 with the constituent fibers of the nonwoven fabric to give the objective sheet 4. |
