<p>PURPOSE:To improve reliability and miniaturization of a title fly-back transformer by integrally molding a plurality of rectifier elements with molding resin into a rectifier element structure, and adding a stepped part to the root of a lead wire of the rectifier element structure. CONSTITUTION:For a rectifier element structure 7, n rectifier elements set equally in number to the interval between adjacent terminals 5 are integrally molded with molding resin 8, and a high voltage coil 1 is constructed by disposing and connecting respective lead wires 9 of the rectifier element structure 7. A root part 10 of the lead wire 9 of the rectifier element body 7 is protruded to form a first step 11, and a recessed part is provided between the adjacent root parts 10, 10 to form a second step 13. Further, a third step 15 is formed between the root part 10 and the surface 14 of the molding resin 8. Further, the protruded and recessed parts are alternately provided on the surface of the molding resin 8 to form an uneven surface 16. Hereby, the number of parts is reduced and the process is automated and a creeping distance is ensured between the lead wires 9 for miniaturization and improvement of the reliability.</p> |
