PURPOSE:To ensure speedy, enough drying and fixing and also make possible the realization of excellent discharge stability and reliability without clogging as well as the water-proof and light-fast properties of printed matter by mixing and splashing at least, the first and the second liquids containing coloring components right before their ejection. CONSTITUTION:The first liquid is prepared by blending water-soluble dye(yellow, magenta, cyan), diethyleneglycol, distilled purified water and a surfactant. Next the distilled purified water is blended to an electrolyte to prepare the second liquid. The preferable first and second liquid viscosity is 50cP or lower at 20 deg.C. The first and second liquids are blended right before the ejection and the blend is splashed. After that, the blend is solidified on a medium for transfer and then is allowed to become fixed. |
