<p>PURPOSE:To remove small burr and check any change in absolute dimensions of a workpiece by adding a mechanical action to a burring part of the work piece, while feeding it with a diluent solution affecting a chemical action as a working fluid. CONSTITUTION:A workpiece 1 is held by a holding part 2, and it is rotated and moved up and down as bitten into a working rotary brush 3 as far as the specified value, thus deburring takes place. Simultaneously with this mechanical action, such a working fluid as affecting a chemical action in a burring part is fed out of a working fluid feed nozzle 4. Generally, when a metal material is disarranged in its molecular disposition, namely, receiving a mechanical action, it comes to activity from the chemical standpoint. Therefore the residual burr becomes chemically activated as compared with the material, so that the burr can be reduced by machining the workpiece as adding such a solution as affecting the chemical action. At this time, since the working rotary brush 3 strongly works on an edge of the workpiece 1, the edge, where the burr is left behind, is much machined, thus a change in absolute dimensions of the workpiece is very little.</p> |
