PURPOSE:To execute copying of reduction and magnification swiftly and easily, by providing an automatic reducing and magnifying function by a microcomputer, and a matrix memory which has stores in advance reducing and magnifying factors, and constituting so that the reducing and magnifying factors are decided by retrieving the matrix memory. CONSTITUTION:An original size detecting part 19 consists of original base glass 1, a cover 2, a photodetecting element 3, etc., and when an original is placed on the original base glass 1 and the cover 2 is closed, an output of each photodetecting element 3 is led to a microcomputer 18, and original size information decided by the microcomputer is inputted to a matrix memory 18M. On the other hand, a user selects desired form size for copying, and when a selective button of a copying form size instruction part 11 is pushed, its form size information is transferred to the microcomputer 18, a necessary reducing or magnifying factor is read out automatically, according to which an optical system driving part 15, a form supply part, a copying function driving part 17, etc. are driven. |
