PURPOSE:To contrive a cost reduction and to improve workability and safety of work in exchange of a bladder, by making use of a bead ring of an AFV type tire vulcanizer as a bead ring of a BOM type tire vulcanizer. CONSTITUTION:A bead ring 250 of a top force of an AFV type tire vulcanizer is used as a molding side ring 142 of a bead part of a bottom force of a bead ring 140 of the bottom force of a BOM type tire vulcanizer. A bead ring 240 of the bottom force of the AFV type vulcanizer is used as a molding side ring 152 of the baed part of the top force of a bead ring 150 of the top force. Then the bead rings of the top and the bottom forces of the AFV type tire vulcanizer can be used as each of the bead rings of the BOM type tire vulcanizer, and as for the BOM type tire vulcanizer, exclusive bead rings of the top and the bottom forces are not necessary. In this consequence, drastic cost reduction is contrived and workability and safety of work in exchange of a bladder can be improved. |
