PURPOSE:To carry out the drying of a water-retaining substance in high efficiency, without deteriorating the physical properties and quality of the substance, with a micron drier lined its inner surface with a non-adhesive resin, and supplying the water-retaining substance to the top of the lower pulverization zone in the form of fine particles having a specific diameter. CONSTITUTION:The micron drier is furnished with a hot-air feeding port 1 and pulverization zone 4 at the bottom, and a classifying zone 6 and an exhaust port 7 at the top. The inner surface of the micron drier is lined with a non- adhesive resin, and a water-retaining substance is supplied to the part 11 higher than the top of the pulverization zone 4 by >=500mm and dried. The water- retaining substance contains 95-55wt% water, supplied in the form of granules of 1.5-13mm diameter, and dried to the core in the pulverization zone. |
