PURPOSE:To perfectly prevent an ozone leak and to secure safety by providing electric connection terminals to both ends of a fuse having conductivity formed from a composition prepared by kneading carbon or a metal powder with a material easy to deteriorate by ozone and having rubber elasticity and applying tensile force to the fuse by correcting holders to fix the same. CONSTITUTION:An excessive ozone detector 22 consists of correcting holders 19 applying tensile elastic force to a fuse 16, which is composed of a material having conductivity prepared by kneading carbon or a metal powder with a material having rubber elasticity such as nitrile/butyl rubber easy to deteriorate by ozone, to support the reinforcing terminals 17 at both ends of the fuse 16 in a continuity state by rivets 18 and positioning the revets at interval longer than the natural length of the fuse 16 to apply tensile force to the fuse 16 and the substrate 21 supporting the correcting holders 19 and having connection terminals 20. When ozone passes through the fuse 16, the fuse generates deterio ration to be broken and the high voltage power supply 23 connected to the fuse is stopped. |
