PURPOSE:To enable stamping molding of a molded product superior in various mechanical properties, especially, shock resistance, by providing a stamping molding sheet comprised of thermoplastic polyurethane resin and a fibrous mat or knitting which are in a specific weight ratio. CONSTITUTION:A mat or knitting is mentioned as a fiber-reinforcing material and thermoplastic polyurethane resin and the fiber-reinforced material are compounded and integrated with each other. However, when a rate of the fiber- reinforcing material to the resin is too little, a reinforcement effect becomes insufficient and mechanical properties of a molded product is lowered and when the same is too much, it becomes difficult that the resin is compounded and integrated sufficiently with the fiber-reinforcing material. Although the rate of the fiber-reinforcing material to be used is varied in accordance with a form, size and a molding condition, the rate is 5-60wt.%. Since the fiber- reinforcing material in a specific form is used for this stamping molding sheet and the sheet can provide the molded product superior in mechanical properties, especially shock resistance, the sheet can be used as a member of a device or machine for which the shock resistance is required. |
