PURPOSE:To incorporate a coil and a diaphragm easily, without damaging the coil and diaphragm, by moving the voice coil on a coil winding frame, when the voice coil wound on a tentative bobbin to an incorporated voice coil insertion section with the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:A voice coil 10 is wound on a tentative bobbin 9 without adhesiveness with an employed adhesives, and this tentative bobbin 9 is inserted to a coil winding section 4 of a cylinder 3 provided at the base of a coil winding frame 1. The insertion section 5 is provided at the cylinder 3 and a voice coil bobbin section 11 incorporated with a diaphragm 12 is provided. Taper screw 7 is provided at the tip of the cylinder 3 so that the outer diameter of the cylinder 3 can be reduced by tightening a tightening ring 8. The coil 10 wound on the tentative bobbin 9 is moved to the section 5 from the winding section 4 when it is fixed to the section 11 to incorporate the coil 10 and the diaphragm 12 without damaging the coil and the diaphragm 12. |
