PURPOSE:To obtain a board for loading electronic parts having high reliability being excluded from coming-off of a heat radiation member even at th time of a heating process or the like by forming a through hole on a base material together with integrally forming a fitting-in pin on the heat radiation member and forcedly fitting this fitting-in pin into a through hole. CONSTITUTION:An inner connection part 12 is integrally formed in the inside of a plurality of lends, which are electrically independent of each other, and a base material 20 is integrally provided on this inner connection part 12 so as to make each lead 11 to be projected from th base material 20 and a conductor circuit 21 formed on the base material 20 and the inner connection part 12 are electrically connected through a through hole 22 formed on the base material 20 and a heat radiation member 30 is stuck to one side of the base material 20 to form a board for mounting electronic parts where a through hole 23 is formed on the base material 20 and a fitting pin 31 is integrally formed on the heat radiation member 30 for forcedly-fitting this fitting pin 31 into the through hole 23 thus to stick the heat radiation member to the base material.
