PURPOSE:A soft and good-feeling heat medium for a heat insulating appliance, comprising an oily medium contg. a mixt. consisting of aluminum salts of straight-chain and branched higher fatty acids, and a W/O emulsion. CONSTITUTION:100pts.wt. oily medium is compounded with 1-20pts.wt. mixt. prepd. by mixing the aluminum salt of a straight-chain higher fatty acid, pref. one derived from an 8-20c saturated fatty acid such as aluminum caprate or stearate with the aluminum salt of a branched higher fatty acid such as aluminum 2-ethylhexanoate or isostearate in a wt. ratio of 7:3-2:8. 20-70wt% oily medium, thus mixed is mixed with 80-30wt% a medium to obtain a heat medium for heat insulation consisting of a W/O emulsion. |
