PURPOSE:To prevent layer short and to enhance workability of manufacture of a cylindrical rotor by a method wherein turns of field windings adjoining to interpolar connecting conductor are covered with strong sheet type insulatros from the side between poles at the end part of field windings and are adhered closely. CONSTITUTION:The insulators 7 for interpolar connecting conductor are adhered to the turns 5a of field winding adjoining to the interpolar connecting conductors 8 to connect between adjoining poles at the end parts of the field windings 5 protruding from the rotor core. The insulator 7 for interpolar connecting conductors is formed by bending the strong sheet type insulator like polyamide paper, the insulator is adhered to the winding to cover the straight part 51 of winding and the circular arc part 52 at the same time from the side between poles, and after the inside parts of the straight part 51 are bent to be piled up with each other, the insulator is fixed with an adhesive. Accordingly reliability to insulation is enhanced, and efficiency of insulating disposal work can be enhanced. |
