PURPOSE:To make welding and multi-point multi-dimensional bending of a pipe and a flange continuously and fully automatically by controlling a bending mechanism, a chuck mechanism, a solid bending angle positioning mechanism and an inter-point dimension positioning mechanism by electric signals. CONSTITUTION:The bending mechanism F, chuck mechanism G and positioning mechanism J are arranged on a bending mechanism base 9, a chuck mechanism and positioning mechanism base 10 fixed on a common base 8 respectively. The positioning mechanism J consists of a solid bending angle positioning mechanism H and an inter-bending-point dimension positioning mechanism I. Multi- dimensional bending is performed with high accuracy by controlling these mechanisms F, G, H, I electrically. The bent product is worked by a marking press D, a cutter E etc. Equipments such as a flange stocker A, a flange positioning mechanism B, a flange positioner C, a welding machine 16 etc. are connected to the bending device and the works up to fixing of the flange to the pipe etc. are made full automatically. |
