PURPOSE:To obtain a light tennis racket with high strength, elasticity, and vibration absorptivity by using prepreg including curring resin and specific fiber reinforcement. CONSTITUTION:An annular frame which forms the ball hitting plane of a tennis racket and a shaft part to be connected to the frame are formed by winding an aromatic polyamide fiber bundle and/or total aromatic polyamide fiber bundle and one or more layers of prepreg including the fiber reinforcement in which carbon fiber bundles are arranged regularly with each other and the curring resin on a core, and heating in a die. In such a way, it is possible to manufacture the tennis racket with high strength and superior resiliency for a tennis ball, and light and with small amount of shock when hitting the ball. |
