<p>PURPOSE:To improve the close adhesive property, a corrosion-resisting property, and the scattening-stone resisting property, of a thermal-contractile tube, by forming a metal plating layer, a fluorine resin membrane, an acrylic resin system adhesive, and a vinyl chloride system thermal-contractile tube, on the outer circumference of a steel pipe. CONSTITUTION:On the outer circumference of a double-covered steel pipe 1 made from an SPCC steel plate and the like, a metal plating layer 2 is formed on which polyvinyl fluoride of a fluornine resin is spread to form a fluorine resin membrane 3. A vinyl chloride system thermal-contractile tube 5 is covered through an acrylic resin system adhesive 4. This metal pipe furnishes a metal platinglayer 2 and a fluorine resin membrane 3 on the outer circumference, over which a vinyl chloride system thermal-contractile tube 5 with an acrylic resin system adhesive spread on the inner surface is placed, and a heat treat ment is applied to manufacture the metal pipe. As a result, the close adhesive property of the thermal-contractile tube is increased, and the protective effi ciency to scattering stones and the like, and the corrosion-resisting property can be improved.</p> |
