<p>PURPOSE:To utilize a fluid pressure control device even to a multi-functional brake system by dividing a spool into two, and providing tow ring valves to form a variable orifice between the shoulder of the spool, in a liquid pressure control device suitable for an automobile brake and the like. CONSTITUTION:Variable orifices to make ad cut off the communication between surface passages 14-1 and 14-2, and an input port 13 and an exhaust port 17 are formed between the shoulders of spools 12-1 and 12-2' in a box body 11, and ring valve members 26-1 ad 26-2 are provided. When the spools 12-1 and 12-2 are moved to the first liquid chamber A side, the variable orifice at the input port 13 side is opened to raise the pressure, and when they are moved to the second liquid chamber B side, the variable orifice at the exhaust port 17 side is opened to lower the pressure. The control flow is determined by the differential pressure between the liquid chambers A and B which is determined by the output of a power/force converter 20 and the forces of springs 18 and 21 opposing to the converter 20. The spools 12-1 and 12-2 regulate the opening of the variable orifices automatically to maintain the differential pressure before and behind a fixed orifice 15.</p> |
