The subject of the invention is a process for the attachment of a nucleotide sequence onto a solid support via a protein, characterised in that the protein is an antibody and in that the attachment involves the adsorption of the antibody onto the support, on the one hand, and a specific reaction of the immunological type between a substituent of the nucleotide sequence, or the nucleotide sequence hybridised with a complementary molecule, and the said antibody on the other. Application, inter alia, to the typing of pathogenic agents, preferably after amplification of the characteristic nucleotide sequence(s).
