<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an image from being disordered by specifying the angle between the line which connects the lowest point position which is on the downstream side of a transfer part and on a toner side within the maximum recording material width and a nip center and the line of the entry of a fixing film into the nip to >=10 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A recording material P which is separated from a photosensitive drum 4 by a separating means is guided to a fixing device 11 by a conveyance guide 10 and discharged onto a tray 22 after heat fixation processing. When an inverted crown roller and a heating body in an internally projection shape are used by the fixing device 11 in combination, the angle between the line connecting the nip center and the lowest point on the toner side within the maximum paper at the paper conveyance part beyond a photosensitive body and the line of the guidance of the film into the nip is >=10 deg.. Consequently, the rear half part of the recording material is neither tensed nor curled upward and an unfixed image is prevented from being rubbed in the conveyance part and disordered.</p> |
