PURPOSE:To process the data of all monitoring items with the same monitoring device by comprising the device of a data processor, a keyboard, a data display part, and a printer. CONSTITUTION:A shaft vibration sensor 8, a bearing temperature sensor 9, a coil temperature sensor 10, and a current transformer 11, etc., are provided at a motor 1 side. The data of the monitoring item measured with every kind of sensor is on-line inputted to the data processor 4 when the motor 1 is operated. Also, the data of insulation resistance, etc., extracted in a state where the motor 1 is stopped is off-line inputted to the processor 4 via the keyboard 5. Also, the processor 4 stores and edits the data of the monitoring item inputted at need, and in addition to that, it stores the history data of every kind of item extracted at the test of a factory, etc. Every kind of stored data is read out at need, and a trend of the lapse of time is classified by every monitoring item, and is outputted to a CRT 6, and the printer 7. Simultaneously, a comparison result with the history data is also outputted. When abnormality occurs while an operation is performed, an alarm is immediately issued, and an abnormal item is informed. |
