PURPOSE:To improve the efficient of work to be developed with personal data as shared data by providing a requesting means, which requests the personal data to be used as the shared data, and a request processing means corresponding to the request so as to switch a personal work area and a joint area. CONSTITUTION:The switch of the personal work area and the joint work area is processed corresponding to the request of a participant by a shared/not-shared request processing part 12 of a processing node 1. When a participant A designates the personal data and inputs a command showing the sharing request of a temporary replacing mode by an input device 23, a shared/not-shared request part 22 generates the address of a data memory part 27 storing the designated personal data and the sharing request signal of the temporary replacing mode. Based on these signals, a joint work control part 21 transmits a request signal, which is composed of the address signal adding the network address of the processing node to the address of the data memory part and the sharing request signal of the temporary replacing mode, through a network 4 to a joint work control part (entire) 11.
