<p>PURPOSE:To reliably grasp the opposed sides of a film by cutting a film into narrow films at opposed side edges by means of two sets of cutters, obliquely separating the narrow films by means of one set of cutters, grasping the film by clips by the use of the obliquely extending film ends, and longitudinally dividing the film into three sections. CONSTITUTION:The opposed side edges of a film 1 are cut off into narrow films by means two sets of paired laterally and vertically movable cutters 2, 3 and 4, 5, and the narrow films are obliquely separated by means of the cutters 2 and 3. by utilizing the obliquely extending film ends, the film is grasped by clips 10. The film is longitudinally divided into three sections by means of the cutters 2 and 3, the opposed side parts are separated away by means of rotary cutters 8 and 8', and a remaining central part is cut off by bringing the cutters 2 and 3 near each other. The film 1 is therefore reliably and automatically delivered to the clips 10, and no worker is needed, and safety is ensured.</p> |
