The method is to transmit the invitation to clear PAD message to the receiver so that the call release is executed after the data of the receiver is processed completely. The method comprises the steps: (A) checking the execution of function according to the invitation to clear PAD message; (B) transmitting the clear request packet when other function is executed, and releasing the call when the clear confirmation packet is received; (C) sending the invitation to clear PAD message through the data packet when the function accords to the invitation to clear PAD message, and releasing the call when the clear request packet is received.
