PURPOSE:To simply and reliably mount an annular core and to reduce the weight and the cost of a tire wheel by dividing the annular core, disposed in a tire, into a plurality of segments and engaging the protrusion of each segment with the mooring selvage part of an annular rubber pad. CONSTITUTION:A rim 4 is provided with a flat base part 5 matching the bead part of a tire 1, fixed flanges 6 disposed to the two ends of the flat base part, and a combination flange 7. An annular core 2 made of a metal formed in a way that segments (s) are assembled together in the toroidal cavity of the tire 1 is mounted on the rim through an annular rubber pad 3. In this case, the annular core 2 is formed with a plurality of the segments (s) into which the core is divided, and a protrusion 9 is formed on the one side of each segment (s). Meanwhile, a mooring selvage part 14 with which the protrusion 9 is engaged is formed to a metallic annular body 33 embedded in an annular rubber pad 3, and an excision 15 having size larger than that of the protrusion 9 is formed in the mooring selvage part 14. Each segment (s) is engaged through the excision 15. |
