STABILIZED SUBSTRATE ON BASE OF IODIDE BUTYRYLTHIOCHOLINIUM AND SUBSTANCES WITH COMPLEXATION ABILITY FOR CHOLINESTERASE'S CATALYTIC CONCENTRATION DETERMINATION

摘要

The solution concerns a stabilized substrate for defining catalytic concentration of cholinesterase in biological liquids. The substrate is used in human medicine in hepatopathological diagnostics. The substrate contains per 1 mol of butyrylthiocholine iodide 0.001 to 0.09 moles of agents able to bind heavy metals in the mixture with calcium salts in molar ratios of 50 to 1 to 1 to 1, like ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid or phosphoric acid and inorganic salts of calcium and from 2 to 20 g of dextran. The solution is in appropriate volume filled in ampoules and lyophilised. Before using it for defining catalytic concentration of cholinesterase the lyophilisate is dissolved in appropriate amount of water.
