PURPOSE:To obtain the manufacture of a resin hollow molded object with an open mold, while said manufacture may be sufficiently profitable even when only few products are produced by a method in which an inner lid is fitted to a mold in the state where quickly curable resin is semicured, and further resin is integrally blown thereon from its upper side. CONSTITUTION:The quickly curable resin which begins to cure for several seconds is blown on the inner surface of an open mold 1, and the part (2) is molded, and then the inner lid 3 made of the foam plate of foamable resin or a cardboard, etc., is fitted to the upper part of its inner side in the state of the resin being semicured, and further the quickly curable resin is blown thereon so as to cover the lid from upper side, whereby the part (4) is molded. Since the resin which has been blown first was in semicured condition, the lug parts 5 super imposed by the second blowing are integrally welded perfectly. After curing, a product is released from the open mold 1, and the bulged lug part 5 is cut from the part A, whereby the product is completed. Consequently, even few products may be cheaply produced. |
