PRODUCTION OF VINYL CHLORIDE SHEET

PURPOSE:To produce a good deep embossing by heating a sheet face in an engraved roll side of the original sheet which has at least specified thickness with a heater capable of controlling the amount of generated heat or with a heater capable of controlling the distance from the sheet face between the outlet of a T-die and the roll. CONSTITUTION:Thickness of a vinyl chloride sheet is made thick. Thickness of the sheet before an engraved roll is regulated to at least 0.8mm. The obtained vinyl chloride sheet is made different in a sheet pattern and has a thick-walled part and a thin-walled part. A T-die 1, the engraved roll 3 for embossing by which the sheet having a lattice pattern is formed, a back roll 4 and a heater 2 are arranged. The original sheet of plasticized polyvinyl chloride is pinched between the engraved roll 3 and the back roll 4 and embossing finish is performed. Pressure cylinders are provided to both ends of the engraved roll and pressure is exerted. The rodlike heater 2 is controlled which is provided to the engraved roll side between the T-die and the set of engraved roll and the back roll.
