PURPOSE: To improve productivity of an automatic part-insertion process by removing insertion error parts, while controlling an insertion error part removing mechanism A having fingers in accordance with a program in a control section and indicating these operations on an operation section and a display section, thereby considerably shortening the time for the removal work. CONSTITUTION: If an insertion error is produced during automatic part-insertion process, after loading to a printed circuit board 31, the insertion error is sensed by an insertion error sensing equipment, an insertion error light-emitting diode is turned on a display section D having a main control panel, an error part removing mechanism A is operated by a program logic controller PLC of a control section B, forward and backward cylinders 9 are moved forward and a lift cylinder 10 is lowered. Then an error part is taken up with a finger 19 by driving a finger drive cylinder 11. Then, the error part is removed, another part is inserted, a recovery normal LED 30 is turned on, and a next operation is performed. |
