PURPOSE:To accomplish both miniaturization and low cost by lowering the sliding friction of a movable core by a method wherein a rotating shaft, made of non-magnetic material, which is subjected to asymmetric magnetic force and supports the side of the movable core pulled to orthogonally intersecting direction against the direction of working, is provided on a coil frame. CONSTITUTION:When a coil 2 is not excited, a movable core 3 is attracted by the magnetic flux of a permanent magnet 5, with an armature 3b attracted to the opposing piece 4b of an inner yoke 4, and an armature 3c attracted to the opposing piece 6c of an outer yoke 6, and they are brought to a standstill in a stable manner. At this time, as the transfer of the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 5 is conducted between the inner yoke 4 and the movable core 3, and the movable core 3 is pulled to the side of the inner yoke 4 and it is made to abut on the rotating shafts 7 and 7. When the coil 2 is excited in the direction where the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet 5 is negated in the above-mentioned state, the armature 3b is attracted to the opposing piece 6b of the outer yoke 6, the armature 3c is attracted to the opposing 4c of the inner yoke piece 4c, and the movable core 3 is moved upward. At this time, the rotating shafts 7 and 7 make a rolling movement in accordance with the upward motion of the movable core 3. As the rolling motion can be made by the rotating shaft as mentioned above, the sliding friction of the movable core 3 can be reduced.
|
