PURPOSE:To improve welding efficiency by repeating a cycle of welding position movement-ascent and descent control of a stopper-welding by mobile pieces provided on a mover arm on a rail parallel with vertical members of the grating raw material and a welding torch and the stopper provided thereon. CONSTITUTION:A mover 19 is set on the rail 12 provided in parallel with the vertical members 2 of the grating raw material 1 formed by putting frame members 4 on both ends of the vertical members 2 held in parallel and front and rear interval adjusting members 24 are provided in front and in rear on the arm 22 thereof. The mobile pieces 29 are provided on the adjusting members and moved in the welding direction where the welding torch 31 corresponding to a weld line and the stopper 33 for controlling the vertical movement are arranged and the cycle of ascent and descent control-welding by the welding position moving-stopper-welding can be repeated and the specified weld line can be welded at high speed automatically. |
