ELECTRICAL EROSION DELIVERY MACHINE

The invention consists of an electric erosion cutting machine with an electrode tool which is a metallic disk cooled by a plant which is carrying the motive fluid and is entrained in the main revolving motion by a direct-current electromotor, through some gins actuated by wedge belts, the whole subassembly constitutes the working head of the machine tool. The working head is equipped with a device measuring the number of revolutions of the disk for the stepless control on the whole range. The metallic disk (electrode tool) of the working head is actuated in the rectilinear feeding motion by a linear hydraulic motor, while the motion is controlled also by an electronic circuit which realizes the constant maintaining of the working gap through the permanent adjusting the processing electric current to the optimum value.The electric erosion cutting machine uses the adaptive control of the working parameters (voltage and current strength of the processing electric current, rotative speed of the disk and unit pressure between electrode tool and semi-product), as well as the transposition on the profile of a cam of data referring to the geometrical dimensions of the profile of the semi-product and of its section at every moment, of the parameters voltage and amperage parameters of a transformer, with the possibility to actuate some analysing and decision-making blocks.
