PURPOSE:To reduce the dispersion of electric characteristics among respective channels by using a gate and a peak holder in common. CONSTITUTION:Video signals from n head amplifiers 2 for respective channels are outputted to an analog signal forming circuit 20, in which a gate 22 receives these signals through a buffer 21 and applies the received signals to the peak holding circuit 23. A gate signal generating circuit 23 outputs a gate pulse to the gate 22 in each measuring section allocated to each channel at a timing set up correspondingly to each channel. A sample holding pulse generating circuit 14 sends pulses corresponding to the measuring sections of respective channels in a measuring period to the sample holding circuits 7a to 7n of channels corresponding to respective probes. Since the inputs of the circuit 20 are set up as time division signals and the gate 22 and the peak holding circuit 23 are used in common with respective channels in addition to the circuits connected correspondingly to respective channels, the dispersion of electric characteristics among respective channels is reduced. |
