A continuous non-electrolytic plating appts. of a fabric comprises the guide rolls (3,4) guiding the fabric (2), the air burbling device (8) generating the air bubble (7) at the bottom of (4), the inner plating bath (10) adhered with an insulating material (9), the outer plating bath (13) having the heater (12) heated by the heating medium (11). The guide roll (3) is equipped in the outer surface of the plating solution (5). The plating solution is pref. nickel-solution composed of 10-100g/l nickel chloride, 5-50g/l reducing agent and 2-50g/l stabilizer, or copper-solution composed of 20-100g/l copper sulfate, 10-50g/l reducing agent and 10-60g/l pH controlling agent.
