PURPOSE:To contrive to reduce a contact resistance by providing a member separating the inside and outside with pores to be sealed after the internal air is let out. CONSTITUTION:Pores 5 are holes opened in the manner of leading from the outside to the inside of a gasket 4 and each one pore is provided above and below the position of a separator 3. Then, after a collector 1, solid polarizable electrode 2, separator 3 and gasket 4 and combined to constitute an electric double layer capacitor, a narrow pipe such as hypodermic needle is inserted into the pores 5 to let out the internal air. After that, a rubber adhesive is packed in the pores 5 to seal them. When deaeration is conducted, the collector 1 is pressed strongly to the solid polarizable electrode 2 by the pressure difference between outside and inside and the pressure difference between outside and inside is equally applied to every contact part so that the reduction of a contact resistance is conducted almost equally in any contact part. Thus, a sufficient contact force is given to every contact part without dispersion. |
