PURPOSE:To prevent the overflowing of a surplus drain water stored in a water reservoir, by providing an air vent pipe on a return pipe which returns surplus drain water to a drain pan from the water reservoir. CONSTITUTION:Under a furious stormy weather, when a heating operation is performed, drained water 62 is introduced to a reservoir 14 by the working of a drain pump 28 via a pipe 18, and is returned to an outdoor drain pan 27 via a return pipe 17. At this time, air in an air reservoir 63 installed inside a return pipe 17 is discharged by a drained water introduced to the return pipe 17 into a chamber on the room side via an air vent pipe 19, and the drain water is returned smoothly to an outdoor drain pan 27. Of course, a fixed am ount of drained water in the reservoir 14, is led from a first receiving part 38 through a water conduit to a sprayer 13 by the capillarity, and sprayed on the indoor heat exchanger 12. Because of this construction, even there exists an air reservoir 63 in the return pipe 17, air is discharged through an air vent 19, and there is no fear that the drained water overflows the reservoir 14. |
