Principle making it possible to propel motor vehicles of a simple design using, for its operation, economic non-hazardous energy with the possibility of recovering and using the displacement in terms of propulsion energy as well as the inertia force and kinetic energy. The principle consists of a jet pipe (5) flared forwards, reducing to the rear, which jet pipe constitutes the framework of the invention, it is traversed via its centre by the drive shaft (6) to which is fixed a heavy turbine flywheel (2) with two stages (3) and (4). The shaft (6) and turbine (3) (4) assembly constitutes the mechanical movement connected to the gearbox, it will drive the driving wheels of the vehicle, from a compressed air supply from the 2nd stage (4) via a pipeline (8) and a compressed air reservoir (11), the air compressed by the helix (3) of the 1st stage also feeding the 2nd stage via a pipeline (7). <IMAGE>
