An antibiotic treating method of a synthetic fiber material is characterized by treating the synthetic fiber, i.e. nylon, polyester, acryl fiber or polyolefin fiber with 0.2-5.0 wt.% concn. of a treating soln. The treating soln. is prepd. by mixing an organic silicon cpd. of formula (I) having quaternary ammonium salt and an epoxy-modified organic silicon cpd. of formula (II) with a polyethylene glycol of formula (III) [Mixing ratio of (I):(II) :(III)=1:0.1-1:0.1-1 . In the formulas, X=Halogen; R=R2=R3=R4=C1-20 alkyl; R1=C2-10 alkylene; Z=alkoxy; R5=R6=R7=R8=C1-5 alkyl; R9=C2-5 alkylene; m=0 or 1; n=4-25; b=c=1-10!.
