Oil fired burner assembly - has diffuser and swirl disc mounted inside burner tube

The burner is for the optimal combustion of oil and for the greatest possible reduction of harmful products from the combustion of fossil fuels. It has a burner tube or combustion chamber (1), in which a diffuser (2) with an integrated swirl disc (3) and an ignition device are clamped. The diffuser (2) is made from fire resistant material and the swirl disc (3) is preferably of the slit disc type. The burner tube or combustion chamber has a ring of holes (5) in its wall for recirculating combustion air. The axis of these holes lie in the plane of the nozzle or behind this plane.
