In mfr. of bread rolls, batches of dough rolls are turned by an arrangement of an endless circulating belt (34), under which is a second belt (28) for loading the oven, with a catch (30) on it, by which the belt can be moved to and fro by hand. A single motor drive (46) is provided for driving the first belt on which the dough rolls are placed. A bracket (52) moves synchronously with the lower strand of the first belt and can engage the catch on the lower belt to move it from one limit position to a second limit position. ADVANTAGE - Turning arrangement requires little expenditure.
