PURPOSE: To prevent vibration of a motor and the inhibition of the rotation of an armature by providing a means for protecting the built-in insulating member of a stator in the terminal board of the stator and protecting the insulating member from the winding in winding by that means. CONSTITUTION: A stator body 12 is manufactured by an ordinary method. An insulating part 30 is inserted into a long channel located between the poles of a stator. Next, a terminal board 20 is fitted to both ends in the axial direction of the stator main body. The terminal board 20 is provided with a wire gripper. Next, a coil is wound on the stator. Successively, the stator is moved from a winding station to a lead wire connecting station, and the connection of the lead wire to a terminal is finished. Then the wire gripper is removed. |
