PURPOSE:To make it possible to calcine at the prescribed temperature or lower in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, to obtain a high dielectric constant, and to reduce the temperature variation rate of the dielectric constant on a wide temperature range by a method wherein the title capacitor contains the fundamental component of prescribed composition, and the range of component of an adding component is specifically prescribed. CONSTITUTION:The title capacitor is composed of the basic component of porcelain of 100.0 pts.wt. and the adding component of 0.2 to 5.0 pts.wt., and the basic component is formed in such a manner that it has the relation as shown by the formula separately mentioned. The adding component consists of Li2O, SiO2 and MO., and the range of the region surrounded by five straight lines which successively link the,point A, indicated in the triangular diagram, of Li2O of 1mol%, SiO2 of 80mol% and MO of 19mol%, the point B of Li2O3 of 1mol%, SiO2 of 39mol% and the above-mentioned MO of 60mol%, the point C of Li2O of 30mol%, SiO2 of 30mol% and MO of 40mol%, the point D of Li2O of 50mol%, SiO2 of 50mol% and MO of 0mol%, and the point E of Li2O of 20mol%, SiO2 of 80mol % and MO of 0mol%. |
