<p>PURPOSE:To automatically judge the erroneous data in the collected data and correctly detect the erroneous data by judging the presence of the collected data in a data group, and judging them as the erroneous data if they do not exist in the data group. CONSTITUTION:Data are read out by a data reading section 2 and stored in a collected data file 3a via an arithmetic processing section 1, and the collected data file 3a and a master file 40 are read by the arithmetic processing section 1 in sequence. The data of the collected data file 3a are collated by the master file 40, whether there are the input omission and erroneous input of data or not is judged, if there are the input omission and erroneous input, the data are outputted to a display section 7, a list of data items of the input omission and erroneous input is output from an output section 8, and the data are additionally registered or deleted. The data with no input omission and erroneous input and the corrected data are stored in an actual data memory section 5.</p> |
