PURPOSE:To check presence of a pinhole in a blood-sampling pipe and to enable utilization thereof in a state high in the internal pressure by holding the blood-sampling pipes in many pieces of longitudinal grooves provided to the outer circumference of a turntable and providing a pinhole checker which is constituted of a high-voltage electrode in the upper side of the blood-sampling pipe and an earth electrode approaching the inner face of the bottom wall of the said pipe to the position wherein the blood-sampling pipe is temporarily stopped. CONSTITUTION:A blood-sampling pipe 1b wherein gate quenching treatment is finished is transferred and stop just under high-voltage electrode 20 of a pinhole check part 26 by the repeated actuation of rotation and stopping of a turntable 3. At a time of this stopping, the said blood-sampling pipe 1b is held by a work press member 25. An earth electrode 23 is raised during this holding and approaches the inner face of the bottom wall of the same pipe 1b. High voltage is impressed to these high-voltage electrode 20 and earth electrode 23 during this approach. When a spark is generated between both electrodes 20, 23 by this impression, it can be recognized that a pinhole is formed in the gate treatment part of the blood-sampling pipe 1b and therefor this pipe 1b is a defective and that when the spark is not generated, this pipe is a nondefective. |
