PURPOSE:To mold an ornament member which is free from creases and can be laminated to the surface of a skin material, by making use of a top force where a vacuum drawing core whose lower end surface is made a mold surface is provided in a state capable of making an up-and-down motion within a frame member causing a cutting blade for cutting an end and a needle holding temporarily the cut off ornament member to go in and out through the lower end surface and a bottom force possessing a mold surface corresponding to the mold surface of the core. CONSTITUTION:Mold break is performed so that a top force 1 where a mold surface 31 of a core 3 is held at a confronting position with the lower end surface of a frame member 2 is separated from a bottom force 4 and ornament fabric 6 whose fringe is held with a clamp 5 is set up between both molds. The top force 1 is clamped on the bottom force while heating the ornament fabric 6 and the ornament fabric 6 is molded between the mold surfaces 31, 41. After molding, an end of the ornament fabric 6 is cut off between a cutting blade 21 for cutting an end and the bottom force 4 by lowering the cutting blade 21 and made into the ornament member. A needle 23 is pierced through the fringe of the ornament member 6a by lowering the needle 23 so that a needle point arrives at a needle receiving hole 42, suction pressure is applied to the mold surface 31 of the core 3, the ornament member is made into a state where the same is held temporarily on the top force 1 side and the mold is broken. |
