PURPOSE: To realign colors extremely rapidly even in an operating machine by providing a means for moving a gripping rail against a force of a spring in a rotating direction of a plate cylinder to an outside direction of a recess between both the rails, individually moving the forward rails at both ends in this case, and moving rear rails parallel. CONSTITUTION: A spring 10 is provided between a rear recess wall 11 and a rear gripping rail 8 and a spring 12 is provided between a forward recess wall 33 and a forward griping rail 7. A screw 14 is provided to move the rail 8 parallel, and a rotation on a transmission unit 15 is transmitted to a rotation of a threaded bar 16. When the screw 14 is turned in a certain direction or reverse direction by a suitable spanner, a crank 19 is reversely rotated at the same angle, and the rail 8 is moved parallel. Meanwhile, the rails 7 can be individually moved at both ends, and thus can be inclined.
