PURPOSE:To attain the information transfer without providing a large scale installation by establishing a line while a portable station is placed within a radio wave arrival range of a stationary station so as to transfer/receive the stored information in the lump. CONSTITUTION:A stationary station 5 and a portable station 8 are provided respectively with a transmitter 13(14), a receiver 15(16), a message input output function section 17(18), and a storage section 19(20), and the stationary station 5 is provided with a ISDN telephone set function section 21 to be connected to a communication line 6 and the portable station 8 is provided with a display alert function section 22 displaying the arrived information in voice or in display for the arrival of information display. In this case, when the user brings the portable station within a radio wave arrival range of the stationary station, the line is established and the information stored in any or both the stationary station and the portable station is transmitted/received in the lump. Thus, even a message sufficiently long is transmitted/received in a short time by having only to access a stationary station provided at a proper location without getting off the vehicle. |
