Flour comprises normal flour and 15-22 wt.% of large particles of wheat husk with adhering flour, chiefly from parts of the aleurone layer, a ballast material content of 28-30.5 %, a specific wt. of 0.15-0.25 g/ml and a sieve analysis of 0-3% 3150 microns, 35-55% 1700 microns, 30-50% 1000 microns, 8-15% 500 microns, 1-4% 300 microns, 0.3-2.5% 200 microns and 0-1% 100 microns, the percentages being the residue left by the corresp. sieve size. |
